Celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend with an intimate, waterfront live music experience at The Alice. For the Love of Songwriting is a limited-capacity, two-night event created for those who love authentic stories, heartfelt songs, and meaningful moments. For the Love of Songwriting is an exclusive Valentine’s weekend experience happening February 13 and 14 at The Alice in Destin, Florida. With only 100 tickets available each night, this intimate evening is designed as a true couples’ night out, set inside a beautiful, brand-new waterfront venue.

Ticket Information:
Each ticket includes seating at tables designed for two, creating a cozy, romantic atmosphere perfect for sharing a memorable night with someone special. This is more than a concert. It’s a rare opportunity to hear the stories behind the songs in a setting that feels personal, meaningful, and unforgettable. Tickets are $75 per person, and once the 100 tickets are sold, the night is sold out. Seating will be first come first serve. Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with music, connection, and an experience you and your loved one will remember long after the final song.
Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy amazing food from The Edge Seafood Restaurant, custom cocktails from The Edge Seafood & Skybar, and a lively waterfront atmosphere that makes this the perfect night out with friends, date night, or a reason to gather with fellow music lovers. All Alcohol and food will be available for purchase.

JAMES OTTO
James Otto is a Grammy-nominated country singer-songwriter best known for his chart-topping hit “Just Got Started Lovin’ You,” Billboard’s No. 1 country single of 2008. A founding member of the MuzikMafia collective, James has written and performed alongside country music powerhouses like Jamey Johnson, the Zac Brown Band, and Big & Rich. He co-wrote the award-winning hit “In Color,” which earned ACM Song of the Year and a Grammy nomination. With his soulful voice and timeless songwriting, James Otto continues to make his mark on the country music landscape.

Kent Blazy is an award-winning songwriter from Lexington, Kentucky, best known for co-writing “If Tomorrow Never Comes,” Garth Brooks’ first No. 1 hit. Over the years, Kent has penned multiple chart-toppers, including “Ain’t Goin’ Down (‘Til the Sun Comes Up),” “Somewhere Other Than the Night,” and “Beer Run.” His songs have been recorded by artists like Garth Brooks, Chris Young, Patty Loveless, and Diamond Rio.
